Worthy of the Satire

Wolfie — September 20, 2006, 8:40 pm

Due to congestion on the Northern line I decided to walk the final stretch to the office this morning. On my way out of the doors of King’s Cross I had to negotiate my way around an astoundingly burley police officer in a fluorescent jacket but just as I did he opened his arms wide open like a child impersonating a jet fighter and in a gesture rather like a bombing raid moved in towards a young Asian man entering the station in full Adidas gear with a brightly-coloured bag over his shoulder. “Excuse me Sir” he said as he cornered the waif-like young fellow against a wall and gestured towards his bag. I think you can guess what came next.

I did feel sorry for him, and it made me think of this…

    Wolfie,
That was funny. Someone dropped a comment on one of my recent posts asking for more fun. Now I know where I should send them. It is liberating. Is the rapper British ?

A bit of levity once in a while is a good thing Sophia. Yes the rapper is British and it seems he’s got the hang of British irony pretty well.
