Some Like It Hard

My wife has been complaining that the music I put on her MP3 enabled mobile phone was too chilled for her workouts down the gym, she loves my taste in music generally but found that it really didn’t help her focus on her exercise program.

Being a wild-child of the ’90s House scene she likes her House music somewhat harder than most so it was up to me to find something suitable and whip-up a contiguous mix to keep the heartbeat thumping and the spirits high.

I’m not a regular music mixer myself but I think the result makes ideal workout sound and as we live in the networked aged I thought I’d share the results as a podcast. One and a half hours of Hard House Trance, just a notch below industrial noise - good luck.

I have all the Led Zeppelin albums and several Fleetwood Mac (mostly Peter Green era to Tusk), great that they are they don’t make ideal workout music. Not considering a toning-up then Xogg?
