		<description>Am back in the world of comment. I agree with you broadly here that Basel II is not an ideal help tot the situation. What worries me more is that many governments seem keen to prevent a bust by propping up the current situation.

Of course this will work for a while, but it is a little  like paying your mortgage with a newly minted credit card.</description>
