There is a fairly convoluted back-story to that chunk of code which explains some of the categories of cyber-criminal in the drop down menu

but I won’t go into it here

suffice to say the code is fully customisable

Tha’s an idea in ligt of recent news. If, rather than libelling someone, you had a program that generated random libellous statements could you still be sued?
